Property management company in Collegetown, Ithaca has a career opportunity for a mature and experienced business manager. The successful candidate will be a senior member of the management team and responsible for the supervision of all company administrative and financial systems and procedures.
As part of the management team, reporting to the executive director / owner, the business manager will be responsible for developing and assisting with the development of new and improved protocols to maximize efficiency with the additional goal of company growth.
With a company staff complement of 9, the business manager will also work with seasonal employees as well as subcontractors, architects, engineers and city officials.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and effective manager of people with the ability to communicate well and write extremely proficiently and creatively.
A minimum of 15 years of experience required in addition to a Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
