FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IMMEDIATE OPENING!

Indoor and outdoor maintenance of Conifer's beautiful apartment community at Schoolhouse Gardens in Groton, NY. Candidates must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical; HVAC experience strongly preferred. Minimum 1+ years prior experience, preferably in apartment maintenance helpful. Position is also responsible for grounds maintenance and snow removal. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. Strong customer service skills required. Able to manage costs with budgetary experience helpful. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday days 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including some weekends. Reliable transportation and valid drivers' license required. Background check and drug screen conducted.
