General Responsibilities:
Oversee all company canvassing lead generation programs
Hire, train and supervise sales staff
Create a motivational environment for staff using training and incentives
Ensure quality control of field staff
Develop, document and implement training programs
Track daily leads against quotas
Hold meetings with sales personnel
Develop marketing materials, displays, signs, etc.
Administer future ongoing outbound lead generation programs
Requirements Summary:
Minimum 2 years Management experience
Proven track record of accountability and goal achievement.
Experience in direct sales or face to face marketing lead generation
General computer experience MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet
Highly organized with experience coordinating projects, setting priorities, etc.
Ability to meet deadlines and follow up on assignments with minimum direction
Customer service oriented with an outgoing personality
Ability to lead by example
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
