Inside Sales Representative Job Description:
As a sales professional, you will be working on a team to generate leads for our energy consultants by offering home owners FREE in home consultations over the phone. We will be providing WARM LEADS for our inside sales team to contact!
Inside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
Contact homeowners to promote programs and services
Reschedule cancelled appointments
Track all leads and appointment results in our database management system
Meet or exceed pre-determined performance goals and sales quotas
Essential Qualifications:
Money Motivated - Uncapped Commission
Prior sales experience strongly preferred
Basic database management knowledge
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
High energy, professional phone presence
Very comfortable in a fast-paced environment, while striving to meet performance and sales goals
Detail oriented and highly organized and ability to multitask
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Entry Level - We will Train the right candidate - must be coachable and accountable
Benefits:
Hourly ($15) + Commission + Bonus paid weekly
