Seeking Administrative Assistant for growing residential and commercial management company. Candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

- Maintain a good relationship with vendors, residents, tenants, and owners

- Ensure that all insurance policies for our clients are renewed in a timely fashion

- Shop new policies with our insurance brokers for competitive pricing

- Review new and existing policies for adequate coverage, schedule and limits or both vendors and clients

- Be able to think ahead for any possible endorsements or policy changes

- Maintain organized filing for all client, homeowner, and vendor policies for easy access

Must also be:

- Hands-on problem solver

- Reliable, organized and accountable

- Able to prioritize deadlines

- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills

- Willing to grow!

At least one (1) year commercial/business insurance experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
