Mabel Real Estate Development Company is seeking experienced tradespeople to renovate distressed single and multi-family residential homes from demo to finish in the Hudson Valley of New York.
Full Time Year Round Work. Hours 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Competitive wages. Company paid health Insurance. Room for advancement.
Must have 5 to 10 years experience in:
Rough and Finish Carpentry
Bathroom and Kitchen remodeling
Drywall, Tape and Spackle
Interior and Exterior Painting
Flooring and Tile Installation
General Repair and Maintenance Work
Plumbing and Electrical a Plus
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License and permanent reliable vehicle
Smart Phone and access to the internet
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background and credit check
Must have physical strength and able to lift 50+ lbs
Lifting heavy loads and navigating construction job site
Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 lbs, without assistance repeatedly during a shift
