A family in the Millbrook area is looking for a full time employee who will perform daily light housekeeping, grocery & supply stocking, errand running, coordinating maintenance repairs for the home, light garden tending, help with any in home entertaining, and pet sitting.
This job requires a flexible schedule which is dependent upon the weekly needs of the family. Requires work on weekends.
The candidate must have a valid drivers license and own transportation. Daily errand running and grocery shopping in town is required.
Must have a clean driving record as driving the owners cars for weekly cleaning and as needed maintenance is required of this position.
Must be comfortable around and like dogs. When the family is out of town, this candidate must be able to live in the familys home to look after the two dogs. This is around 10 weeks a year, not consecutive.
Must be able to work some nights when the family is hosting a dinner party. Responsibilities would include help with set-up, serving, and clean up.
During the months of January-March the responsibilities of this candidate would be to coordinate any as needed maintenance on the home and be on call for any property emergencies.
Must be a good communicator as coordinating with property manager and housekeeper for projects and maintenance issues, is required.
Must maintain and order inventory of cleaning supplies, household supplies, pet supplies, etc.
