Applications Development Manager Position:The right person for this role will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional hands-on C#, SQL experience and be articulate, self-directed, and energetic.You will build a team that will develop modules of an integrated end-to-end solution for retail systems built on latest Microsoft technologies. Candidate will be expected to research, assess and make decisions on appropriate technologies Qualifications:- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
- Demonstrated leadership experience of software development teams
- Extremely technically proficient, hands-on, current C# experience.
- Solid OOP, design patterns and relational database experience (MS SQL Server)
- Deep passion for software development
- Exceptional technical and analytics skills
- Full project life cycle experience a must
- Exposure to Agile Methodologies, TDD, or continuous integration, Mocking, IoC, Dependency Injection desired
- Understanding of SOLID principals
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to interface with users, both technical and non-technical at all levels
- Mobile app development (Objective-C, Mono)
- Exposure to agile methodologies, TDD, continuous integration
- Mobile App development (Objective-C, Mono)
- Mobile development experience in iOS and/or Android
- POS or retail exposure a plus
