Prep/Line Cook (Saratoga Springs)

Harvest and Hearth on the north end of Saratoga Lake is currently looking to fill the position of full time prep cook. We're a waterfront, full service restaurant specializing in made from scratch food utilizing organic and local ingredients. We're located just five miles from the center of downtown Saratoga. Our menu consists of homemade soups, salads, authentic wood fired pizza and desserts. At least some restaurant cooking experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must be highly motivated, reliable, hardworking and available to work nights and weekends, including Sundays.
