Great fixed schedule - 10:30AM to 7PM - M-F (Training 8 weeks starts at 8:30am to 5pm)

You work well under pressure - high volume calls 70 + per day
You can multi-task - use multiple monitors
You have experience of helping customers with billing / invoice disputes / insurance
You can pass a 10 year criminal Background and High School Diploma min Education level
