DescriptionOfficeTeam has a need for a highly-skilled, articulate Customer Representative to join the growing workforce in the Consumer Products industry. This Customer Service Representative job is long-term temporary-to-full-time, and located in Glen Head, New York.What you get to do every single day
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Manage and place incoming telephone calls

Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Command of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Microsoft Excel experience desired
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Proven computer skills
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Customer service and office administrative skills
