Large local home improvement company has an immediate need to hire additional sub-contractors for residential projects in Elmira, Southern Tier, Syracuse and surrounding areas. Below are the products to be installed with estimated labor rates. This will be discussed in more detail via phone or in-person interview.
VINYL SIDING - $100 per sq. + extra for capping, soffit, fascia, etc
ROOFING - $100 per sq + extra for multiple layers, sheathing, etc
REPLACEMENT WINDOWS - $100 per window (includes capping) - Extra for larger windows and doors

Crews must be fully licensed & insured, highly experienced, dependable, and provide superb workmanship.
Must be willing to do some travel as needed (up to approx 60-90 minutes) with own truck, tools and equipment.
