Data Entry Specialist I-MSH/SSVS/ELM-78319-001

Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager of the Mount Sinai Elmhurst Faculty Practice Group, enrolls physicians with the various third party carriers. Maintains and updates data with physician information not limited to provider numbers. References departments for additional documentation pertinent to the enrollment process. Follow and resolve problems and or rejection from the carriers. Reviews charge review work queues for edits that need to be resolved in a timely manner. Works on data entry projects and other projects as directed by Administrative Manager. Assists with all customer care and customer service issues.
