Performs diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to:
Typing various correspondence, reports, articles, etc.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
Maintaining files
Taking minutes at meetings
Receptionist duties
Record keeping
Patient filing
Collecting payments
Preparation of statistical data
Keeping inventory of supplies
Ordering supplies
Performs related duties, as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Prior clerical experience, preferred.
Typing 30 wpm and/or data entry skills (80 kpm), required.
