The Ziebart Team is looking to add a Shop Quality Manager. The candidate must have management experience in the automotive field, be high energy, have high attention to detail and must be self motivated. This position will include providing daily guidance and pace setting to all Shop Departments, ensuring miscellaneous customer requests are added to work orders and completed, as well as final vehicle quality inspections and daily equipment maintenance and repairs.
The right applicant will not be afraid to hop in and demonstrate correct procedures, therefore automotive detailing and undercoating experience is a plus; however not required.
Being self motivating is a must. This position comes with a weekly bonus based on shop performance, so down time will be spent completing before and after video's, prepping vehicles to come into the garage, moving vehicles in the parking lot, etc based on deciding what needs to happen when.This is a working manager position.
Attention to detail of utmost importance. Must be a hard working individual with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
