Cleaning, landscaping, snow removal and general repair and maintenance work
Painting, sheet-rocking and other basic carpentry work
Experienced with plumbing and electrical work
Other duties as directed by superintendent and property manager, including responding to service requests from tenants, preparing vacant units for occupancy, conducting site and unit inspections, etc.
Carpentry work (installing kitchen cabinets, lament flooring, formica countertops, tile work, installing backsplashes, and kitchen floors).
In charge of organizing and managing staff
Handle multiple priorities and work orders on a timely basis
Communicate well with upper management and tenants including clear communication with emails, texts and phone calls
Knowledgeable about building operating systems ((HVAC a plus), Boilers, Hot Water Heaters)) including plumbing and basic electrical
Drivers License required to get to and from properties (Required)
