Maintenance Technician
Full-time: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
General maintenance tasks including plumbing, minor electrical, dry wall, grounds maintenance, painting, carpentry, HVAC.
Report and repair emergency problems.
Preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines.
Mandatory emergency on-call duties and snow removal as required or assigned.
Position requirements:
2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Reliable transportation to respond to on-call emergencies.
Ability to function inside and outside in all types of weather.
Medium to heavy work requiring prolonged standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching and lifting up to 100 lbs.
Ability to read maintenance manuals and instructions.
Flexibility to work overtime if needed.
