Scribner's Catskill Lodge is looking to add Front Desk staff to our amazing team!
Just three year's into its complete redesign, Scribner's Catskill Lodge has become the top destination of urban explorers looking to visit the Catskills. With thoughtful design, friendly service, and delicious food and drinks served in our onsite restaurant, Prospect, the lodge has become the perfect basecamp for weekend adventurers and midweek escapists. In addition to our 38 guest rooms and suites, we offer multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces, a redesigned outdoor pool, and over 20 acres of mountainside to explore. You are passionate about hospitality. You are energetic, positive-minded, and creative. You are entrepreneurial but love working with a fast-paced team. You bring your sense of humor to work and enjoy the company of employees and guests. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. You enjoy the outdoors and enjoy calling the Catskills or Hudson Valley home.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain service standards used to create a second-to-none guest experience.
- Check in and check out guests and handle guest concerns.
- Make reservations and update reservation changes and additions.
- Excellent communication skills and computer skills are required.
Part Time and Full Time roles available. Housing, Health Insurance and Vacation Benefits available.
