"Hinterland" on 17B in White Lake is looking for high energy, charismatic, joyful (and experienced!) staff for all front and back of house positions.
Looking for folks with an impressive work ethic, high appreciation for team work and camaraderie, and the ability to stay measured & cool under pressure. Experience is a plus, but willing to train those with the right attitude and professionalism.
Double story restaurant with outside seating laid back, lodgey, lakeside vibe with the daily potential for incredibly high volume. Focused on high quality service, local-based food and drink menus with highlighted by sustainability, local craft beers & liquors, simple and delicious cocktails and high end bar fare with a European touch.
Part time work immediately available, full time available come Memorial Day weekend.
