Retail SME - Point of Sale• 4+ years experience with Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems• Experience in the Retail Food Industry• Experience testing Retail POS systems• Good Customer Service and communication skills• Retail experience, Pont of Sale experience, Retail Food experience.• Assess POS system for suitability and adherence to requirements.• Ability to assess the technical aspects of potential solutions as they align with the client technical environment and direction.• Ability to lead and recommend solutions and approaches that best benefit the client's technical roadmap and direction. Help shape that direction.• Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree• Hands-on experience with successful Point of Sale (POS) Replacement projects (at least one, more is preferable)• Ability to communicate effectively with senior client staff and managers.• Strong personal interaction, confidence, and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work collaboratively with Business partners and IT manager.• A technical retail Solution Architect who knows POS systems and data aggregation• Use of PIM to create and manage a centralized sales item master, assortments, category management, and syndication• Pricing, data visibility and audit process, improving clarity on spend data• Helping to lead the definition of the architectural direction of a large Retail Transformation initiative.
