Full-time Building Maintenance Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS (Applicants MUST Have):
1) reliable load-bearing transportation (such as a truck, cargo van, and/or trailer),
2) a clean, valid driver's license,
3) a "smart phone" cell phone with unlimited access to talk, text, email, and 4G data,
4) a professional tool set (enough to perform common maintenance and repairs),
5) the ability to sit, stand, walk, crawl, climb, and lift a minimum of 75 lbs,
6) hands-on experience performing a variety of real estate maintenance tasks, repairs and improvements.
PREFERRED:
1) United States EPA Lead-safe RRP certification
2) Other professional designations and/or trade certifications
3) Personnel management and project management experience
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Full-time hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; full-time employees also rotate "on call" duties to respond to occasional emergency maintenance situations outside of normal business hours. Your time will be spent in the field conducting hands-on home repairs, building maintenance and yard maintenance and also supervising a small work crew.
