Line Cook: Duties include but are not limited to assisting our head chef in running an efficient kitchen, ensuring the highest food quality standards, following all sanitary procedures, following all company policies and procedures including assisting the head chef with ordering, inventory, food quality, menus, reaching labor targets, thorough completion of all shift duties and maintaining a clean working environment. Only candidates with a positive attitude and that possess the highest work ethics need apply. Must be willing to work weekends and some Holidays. Closed for Easter and Christmas. Review after 4 months with possibility of pay increase
