Psychiatric Services Nurse Manager: Central MN Mental Health Center has an opportunity for a Psychiatric Services Nurse Manager in our Psychiatry Program. The Psychiatry Nurse Manager provides clinical supervision to nursing staff, works in collaboration with all physicians and certified nurse practitioners, and monitors center operations to ensure adherence to all regulations and clinical standards. The Duties may include but are not limited to: Provide clinical and administrative direction to nursing staff via regularly scheduled supervision sessions; Maintains physician and nurse schedules and ensures compliance to established agency performance levels; Establish and monitor nursing philosophy and workflow to create a consistent nursing experience at all outpatient locations; Oversees the operations of the infection prevention; Maintains current knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and ensures that the facility leaders are informed of appropriate issues. Understands and complies with infection control, safety and OSHA procedures and This position can be homebased in any one of the following CMMHC's locations: St. Cloud, Monticello or Buffalo.
