HEDIS Medical Record Review.Primary duties

may include, but are not limited to:

Plans, directs, and controls the resources and effortsof reporting and data analysis team to accomplish the company objectivesthrough information management.

Manages/Creates operational reporting related to HEDISMRR

Responsible for all end of season reporting, frozencounts and overall support of MRRV

Obtains resources (people, funding, material, support)to support business unit information needs and strategic initiatives.

Provides leadership in motivating subordinates toaccomplish reporting and data analysis goals and objectives.

Develops a strong team through training and effectiveorganizational development practices.

Reports project status and progress to business unitsenior management.

Ensures accuracy and timeliness of output anddeliverables for assigned functional areas. Implements the policies,practices, and procedures of the company and business units supported.

Has fiscal responsibility for area budgets.

Establishes relationships with business users bothinternal and external.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluatesperformance of direct reports.

Oversees entire reporting/analysis/consulting unit orall aspects of a centralized function.

Participates with other executives to establishstrategic plans and objectives.

Makes final decisions for IM function at the businessunit level and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives.

Coordinates project management across department &divisional line.

Ability to communicate with customers about technicalissues in non-technical terms.

Understands the business processes that the systemsupports.

RequiresBachelor's degree and 10+ years’ experience in reporting and analytics, or anycombination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalentbackground.

Knowledgeof tableau, access, SQL, organizational structure, and customer informationneeds.

Priorleadership or management experience required.

Effectivecommunication skills, including facilitation, consultation, negotiation andpersuasion.
