Elderwood of Lakeside at Brockport, recently renovated Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our team on Overnight Shift. This role is 3 shifts per week, weekend rotation to be discussed during interview. Ask about our revised new wages and referral bonus opportunity!Elderwood of Lakeside at Brockport is a 120 bed Long Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) serving the geriatric population. The subacute services offered include Cardiac Rehab, Orthopedic Rehab, SMARTS Express Care and Wound Care. We also offer specialty programs that include Respite Care and Seasons Memory Care.Our facility also offers updated equipment and technology for our nursing team, recent renovations, and convenient parking among other additional perks!The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor team members assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by being responsible for the conduct of nursing educational programs monitors the nursing staffing schedule for the facility; serving as Infection Control Nurse and performing the (RN) Nursing Supervisor functions.RN Supervisor Qualifications:
Possession of an RN State license/registration to practice as Registered Licensed Nurse (RN).
Preferred minimum of two (2) years (RN) nursing experience, possession of a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, and previous Long Term Care experience is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership qualities including maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others required. Ability to supervise and work well with other personnel required.
