Responsibilities:

Assist the VP of Sales in scheduling, document preparation, upholding systems, and procedures, etc.

Support the development and success of the sales team.

Assisting in all administrative tasks relating to the sales department.

Order processing

Customer invoicing and assistance

Social media account activity and maintenance

Showroom merchandising

Website upgrades and maintenance

Creation and distribution of in-house promotional material and price tags.

CRM maintenance and updates

Inventory control

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

Must be articulate, confident, and a fast learner for new processes

Detail oriented

Enthusiasm and strong motivational skills

Success in a fast paced, high volume environment

Written and verbal communication skills

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Ability to draft professional letters/responses without a template

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs

Professional demeanor and dress

Great typing skills

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus (Not required)

Experience with social media for business

Full-time position

$30,000 - $40,000 per year
