Fast-paced process serving company is looking for process servers to serve legal documents with a fast turnaround. Easily apply with no experience necessary. Make your own schedule with flexible hours!

A process server is an independent contractor responsible for hand-delivering legal documents

(such as summons, subpoenas, foreclosures, and orders) to individuals and businesses.

Individuals must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, in addition to working well with people.

Applicants must have a valid NYS driver's license, proof of auto insurance, a reliable vehicle

(fuel efficiency is a plus), and a smartphone. They must also have the flexibility to work during

morning and evening hours and on Saturdays. (Service cannot be attempted on Sundays.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

● Must be a NY resident

● Have a fully functional vehicle (fuel efficiency is important)

● Have a Smartphone with the ability to email, text message, and take photos

● Must be willing to have a flexible schedule,

● Be willing to submit to a background check

● Must pay attention to detail

● Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary

● Having a Notary Public License is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

Individuals will be responsible for serving (delivering) legal documents to individuals and

businesses following all NYS service guidelines. They are responsible for keeping accurate

written records as well as working with a Smartphone app to upload details of service and

service attempts. This requires taking photos in the app with GPS coordinates and entering

information on the attempt. Servers are required to coordinate with office staff to provide

accurate information to give our clients and will be required to sign affidavits for completed

work in a timely manner. Occasionally, servers may be asked to retrieve or file documents with

government offices.

COMPENSATION

Paid per document served / job completed (varies by area served), weekly paycheck, potential for

full-time pay with part-time hours!
