Team Lead/Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Work closely with Client IT and Business teams to gather project requirements, analyze business needs, and perform thorough impact analysis. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications with design solutions to meet customer objectives. Provide technical solutions to new business initiatives for client’s portfolio of Prepaid and Commission applications. Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, support, maintenance, and implementation of client applications. Lead and execute all phases of implementation and drive development integration across cross-disciplinary teams. Ensure product is in accordance with coding, client quality, and regulatory standards. Monitor and manage the development team activities and provide technical guidance. Support critical production issues by providing quick and efficient solutions in real time for end users. Develop Proof-of-Concept code and solutions to demonstrate value of proposed solutions. Utilize Ericsson Multi Service Delivery Platform (MSDP), IBM Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Mulesoft, Java/J2EE, IOvation Fraud Prevention, Alteryx and Rational AppScan. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience as a Senior Developer or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Ericsson MSDP, IBM ICM, Mulesoft, Java/J2EE, IOvation Fraud Prevention, Alteryx and Rational AppScan. Full time.
