If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesStorage Software Business Development Executive, Business PartnersJob DescriptionIBM Global Markets is currently seeking a Storage Software Business Development Executive (BDE) to work with selected IBM Business Partners to grow their storage software opportunities and revenue.Key Responsibilities

Drive storage software revenue growth at selected IBM Business Partners thru strategic and tactical business actions, including specific sales plays to develop healthy out-quarter pipeline.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the IBM Storage Software Portfolio and competitive solutions.

Provide enablement to IBM Business Partners on positioning of storage software portfolio.

Understand storage software Sales Plays, Channel Programs, Incentives and effectively leverage them to drive desired results.

Provide feedback to IBM Channel Team on ways to improve storage software revenue thru IBM Business Partner, including enhancements to Sales Plays and Channel Programs.

Assist IBM Business Partners with deal creation/progression and actions needed to achieve growth.

Demonstrated ability to manage business partner ecosystem.

Skilled in strategic and tactically sales strategies to grow the business.

Skilled in providing guidance to Business Partners to drive results.

Capable of supporting Business Partner end-to-end sales engagements with the ability to think, plan and act strategically.

Self-starter with eagerness to seek and build new skills.

Demonstrated Business/Territory development success.

To be considered, candidate must live in the Northeast (Boston, NYC, Philadelphia) or Surrounding Suburbs storagesalesRequired Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 4-years of experience selling storage software solutions.

At least 3-years of business development experience, working with business partners to grow their revenue of storage software solutions.

Solid understanding of IBM Storage Software products and/or competitive products.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Deep understanding of IBM Storage Software products and/or competitive products

Competitive experience in Cloud and Storage
