If so, lets talk.The Manager, Office of the Corporate Secretary is a high-visibility, people manager role supporting the Corporate Secretary's office. Responsibilities include coordination for planning Board of Directors meetings and the Annual Shareholder Meeting with the ability to handle content and logistic production across multiple teams and locations. You will have people management responsibilities with strong project management requirements producing multiple deliverables and logistics in a time sensitive environment. Furthermore, you should be able to thrive in a high stress environment, communicate goals and objectives clearly and succinctly to a broad, cross-functional team, as well as be highly flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
