Design, coordinate and manage clock and power distribution across all levels. Optimize buffering and wiring to meet timing, yield, and manufacturability constraints. VLSI, circuits
Layout

netlist to GDSII flow

PSPICE simulation
Physical Design Verification Tools
Python
IBM EDA Tools
Cadence
Strong communication skills.
