If you’re ready to bring insights and experience in areas such as IoT, Blockchain and digital transformation, we are ready to offer you a best in class career development.Cloud Application Innovation (CAI) is part of IBM’s Global Business Services organization and is responsible for delivering application development and maintenance, Application migration to Cloud, Application modernization, Custom and Enterprise Apps (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc) development and management, and Application portfolio rationalization services for client.We are currently seeking a Client Solution Executive (CSE) for Life Sciences – Pharma and Bio Tech industries. The CSE will lead large, multi-disciplined proposal teams and coordinate the formulation of solutions while integrating products and services required to meet client needs. The CSE may lead multiple opportunities concurrently, although typically in different sales stages. The CSE will be responsible for contract signings, expenses, and customer satisfaction targets for the deals they support. They are also expected to bring thought-leadership and an understanding of the Life Sciences client business challenges.Responsibilities include:

Work closely with our clients and in cooperation with other IBM sellers and business partners.

Should have experience in consultative selling, building client relationships, leading sales efforts, leading meetings and delivering presentations.

Other responsibilities include:

Establish client credibility via industry, technology and consulting skills

Identify trends and business opportunities by researching industry related events and publications, social networking, and other sources

Work with client to co-create new business models and IT value

Generate client value proposition, gain client consensus and drive opportunities

Lead and / or participate in client-facing sales meetings and own the sales responsibilities for the meeting

Develop and deliver client facing sales presentations at the C-suite Executives

Develop and maintain a qualified long-term sales pipeline

Provide qualitative and quantitative pipeline reporting

Eight-plus years in following areas:

Selling and delivering consulting services

Experience in negotiation skills on large deals

Proposal writing and presentation material development and delivery

Good understanding of Life Science industries and eco-systems

Experience in managing multi-Line of Business (LOB), and multi-discipline pursuits

Prior experience in identifying, shaping and selling opportunities in: application development and maintenance services, application migration/transformation to Cloud, pplication portfolio optimization, rationalization, modernization (cloud/non-cloud), or testing

Strong leadership capabilities
