job descriptionTool Cleaning Machine OperatorAn essential manufacturer for surgical tooling is looking to add a-Machine Operator for the Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine to their always growing team! This company is located in Central Long Island and has an immediate need. Email [email protected] or Text-631-879-5432-Responsibilities:-Operate and support multiple cleaning machines-Verify part counts on each job-Set up Ultrasonic cleaning machinery for operation-Start machinery and adjust machinery when necessary to improve performance-Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions-Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment-Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment-Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops-Setup and utilize weight scales to verify job quantities-Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and work area-Perform daily and weekly maintenance of machineryWorking hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:
