Job Control CoordinatorPosition Summary:The Job Control Coordinator is responsible for reconciling the relevant data off each work order and ensuring costing/inventory is being calculated accurately. The employee’s responsibilities include labor posting, material depletion, cost allocations, and stock movements. The candidate will support the manufacturing, planning & inventory control, and cost accounting departments to ensure work orders and costs are properly completed and updated.Key Responsibilities:
Control live job updates
Ensure materials and labor are assigned properly to each work order
Compliance with SOP’s on Job Creation and Job Execution
Ensuring all job updates and requests comply with process and are accurate
Support manufacturing, planning & inventory control, and accounting throughout the execution and completion of each job
Create “re-work” jobs based on outcome of last production run
Reconcile all production jobs accurately and in a timely manner
Run open job report weekly and report open issues to the necessary departments
Other duties as assigned
Education & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Working knowledge of SAP
Mid to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal skills
Bilingual Required
Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate across a cross functional environment
Strong Attention to detail
Self-driven: able to stay on task until the job is complete
