If you are not interested but know someone who might be, please feel free to forward this email.Position: Drupal Web AdministratorLocation: Albany, NYDuration: 12 Months+Remote until safe to work onsite.STATEMENT OF WORKThe Consultant shall assist OSC with developing, implementing, and maintaining an Acquia/Drupal CMS and will have the following duties and responsibilities:• Configure the agency tenant Acquia/Drupal solution, including data, display, and information architecture;• Deliver web solutions, including front-end User Interface (“UI”) and backend services;• Select and implement custom modules as necessary;• Work closely with project team members and stakeholders to ensure an effective, visually appealing and intuitive implementation;• Build a responsive website that meets Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) accessibility guidelines;• Analyze functional requirements and develop technical requirements;• Apply appropriate technology as a solution to the business problem;• Assist other team members in the creation of design documents and other related system documentation, and review and approve final technical design;• Assign development tasks to team members and assist as needed;• Provide CMS coding specifications and standards, and validate code against those standards;• Conduct code reviews and recommend changes;• Conduct on-the-job training in PHP/CMS implementation for staff;• Provide solution evaluation for new features, patches or bug fixes;• Provide production maintenance and support, including troubleshooting;• Provide knowledge transfer to staff; and• Provide post-implementation maintenance and support.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe Consultant must meet the following minimum qualifications:1. Three years’ experience with coding and testing PHP;2. Three years’ experience with coding and testing HTML;3. Three years’ experience with coding and testing Javascript;4. Three years’ experience with configuring and managing a Drupal CMS;5. Three years’ experience with gathering, documenting, and managing functional requirements and developing technical requirements; and6. Two years’ experience coding using responsive design.PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONSOSC will give preference to candidates with the following qualifications:1. Any experience beyond what is required to meet Minimum Qualifications #M1-M6 for this position;2. Acquia Certified Developer – Drupal 8;3. Experience coding using HTML5, Bootstrap, and Twig;4. Three years’ experience coding web pages that meet ADA accessibility guidelines; and5.
