- Implementing and maintaining procedures to collect utilization metrics and produce system utilization and capacity reports.
- Identifying system bottlenecks and recommending improvements and solutions.
- Assistance in Configuring, planning and managing implementation of system upgrades
- Applies their technical expertise to support the deployment of the technology architecture and the total system solution.
- Works on engagements to provide support, advice, and guidance on the correct application of products/technology solution
- Assists the team in pre-sales efforts.
- Leads the technical portion of demonstrations, internally and externally.
- Proposes opportunities to develop follow-on business in client accounts and communicates ideas to the project manager.
- Builds client relationships by interfacing with the client organization on other consultants.
- The position requires at least a 4-year degree in a computer-related field
- 7 years’ experience in Enterprise Class computing environments (Windows and Linux Servers)
- Strong understanding and operational experience in a data center or enterprise-level environment
- The candidate should have a background in at least some of the following:
- 10 years of experience in Enterprise Class computing environments [Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Datacenter background (disaster recovery)]
