Seeking a maintenance technician. Respond with resume’ to email. Must have experience and references regarding skills in building systems, sheet rock and ceiling installation, carpentry, electrical (i.e. outlets/switches/circuit breaker panel/light bulbs), plumbing repairs and painting. Some janitorial work includes sweeping, trash pickup and general cleaning. General upkeep procedures including snow removal, landscaping, weed whacking and mowing. Some small engine repairs of lawn mowers and snow blowers. Working knowledge of hand and power tools. Conducts oneself professionally with good communication skills, team player, multitasker, eye for preventative maintenance and repairs of common areas and office tenants’ spaces, regular inspections of emergency/exit lights. On-call duties, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, own tools, hourly pay depends on experience/skills. $19.00/hour full-time.
