Position Overview:
Inspecting electronic recyclables
Sort and process materials according to their metal components.
Lead efforts to provide a best in class customer experience.
Use a variety of hand tools and machines such as forklifts, lifts, power drills
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Work safely and maintain work area/equipment.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment
Must have the willingness to go the extra mile learning the electronic recycling industry.
Electronic knowledge preferred, but not required.
Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions, work independently and multitask.
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run.
Must be willing to cross-train in various positions, be self-motivated, possess good work ethics and have the ability to work with a team.
