Above Grade Level In-Home Tutoring is seeking qualified tutors for Summer and Fall in the following areas:
Math (Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus)
Science (Earth Science, Biology, Physics, Chemistry)
PSAT/SAT/ACT Prep
Elementary Level ELA and Math
Spanish
Successful applicants will be working one on one with students providing support in the above listed areas. You will be matched with students based on their needs and your qualifications. Most tutoring sessions occur after school, early evenings and weekends in the safety and comfort of the child's home.
Qualifications:
MUST have reliable transportation.
Strong background in ELA, math and/or science skills
Good communication skills
Previous teaching experience a plus
Current and former teachers, college students and graduates preferred
Patience and the ability to work well with students.
