Insurance Agent located in Santa Fe is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented individual to join our team. As a team member you are asked to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. If hired, a team member will receive salary plus commission/bonus (potential to earn $40,000 to $50,000 a year). Signing bonus for currently licensed applicants in Property/Casualty Insurance or Life/Health Insurance if hired.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications (No experience necessary if you are a self-motivated individual):
-Sales experience preferred.
-Applicants need to be able to show up to work Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM and be on time.
-Applicants need to be able to follow directions.
-Applicants need to be able type and write descriptive notes on work activities.
-Applicants need to be able to meet sales goals.
-Applicants need to have good interpersonal skills.
-Applicants need to have good communication skills (written, verbal and listening skills).
-Applicants need to be self-motivated and detail oriented.
-Able to learn computer skills.
-Ability to work in a team environment.
