SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, responsible for protection of property and persons in a prompt courteous manner and in accordance with the Company's high standards of Customer Services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Generates necessary written reports regarding security-related incidents involving customers, employees, and/or the facility. Responsible for maintaining assigned posts.

Escorts and observes customers and employees, to ensure their safety and protection; identifies potential safety hazards and report same to the appropriate individual, for proper resolution.

Becomes familiar with hazardous materials used on property, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing same.

Acts as a Dispatcher during emergency situations, and coordinates solutions to same; informs Immediate Supervisors of any unusual or suspicious situations on property.

Operates company vehicles as directed to do so.

Maintains a working knowledge of the Company's facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise Customers and fellow Employees of same whenever possible.

Ensures safe transportation of company monies and gaming tokens; assists in the opening and closing of the gaming tables.

Ensures a maximum level of Customer Service and satisfaction throughout the property is achieved and maintained.

Facilitates the flow of information, by attending scheduled Department meetings.

Maintains a series of keys and access cards accessing locked areas as necessary.

Accepts identification from all persons who appear to be under the legal age, to ensure compliance with state and federal gaming regulations.

Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy, thoroughness and confidentiality of departmental records and reports.

Contributes as needed to the overall success of company-wide programs, special events, and projects.

Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Valid Drivers License

Must be 21 years of age or older
