Work schedule is from (9AM to 5PM) Monday thru Friday, Saturday (Periodically)
Previous leasing or reservation experience with a familiarity of rental law; Possession of a current valid New Mexico Real Estate License; Experience with Windows, Excel and preferable experience with Property Management Software; Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; Ability to prepare and balance spreadsheets.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Ensuring the smooth operation of the Property Management Department by assisting the Property Manager with all day to day activities of the Department; Provide quality service and provide revenue for Homeowners and Quail Run Association; Manage properties through housekeeping, maintenance and grounds services.
SKILLS/PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REQUIRED:
This position requires good organizational and communications skills and attention to detail; Ability to maintain composure under pressure, and interact positively with all departments, Homeowners, Tenants, Guests and the public; Ability to handle varying situations in a professional manner by using tact, diplomacy and problem-solving; Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays when required; Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet computer programs; Experience with database management and excel spreadsheet formulas; Ability to execute marketing and sales strategies. Ability to discern maintenance and housekeeping requirements for individual properties.
