Hiring Program Manager (Santa Fe, New Mexico)

Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Overview:

Casa Milagro is a community-based home and program for formerly homeless individuals who are living with and recovering from disabling health conditions. We strive to provide a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment for the recovery, growth, and optimal thriving of all we serve. We offer permanent supportive housing (PSH), case coordination, community life activities, and around-the-clock staff support. We are currently hiring a Program Manager, who will manage the daily operations of the Casa Milagro program. Specifically, the Program Manager will oversee, evaluate, and work with the Executive Director, core team, and whole staff to improve the efficacy and efficiency of case coordination, community life and activity programs, as well as medication administration.

Responsibilities:

- Abide by confidentiality.

- Provide trauma-informed case coordination/management.

- Facilitate group process.

- Maintain a nonjudgmental attitude and unconditional positive regard for residents.

- Oversee staff implementation of community meal and nutrition program.

- Oversee staff implementation of household chore rotation and room checks to ensure physical wellness inside all living spaces.

- Oversee implementation and regular follow up for client-centered service plans.

- Assist Executive Director with maintaining regular staff meetings that effectively respond to emergent staff and community needs.

- Provide crisis management.

- Provide conflict mediation.

- Oversee medication administration for all residents and meet regularly with consultant pharmacist.

- Provide reflective supervision, ongoing training and support to evening and weekend support staff.

- Develop and implement, in collaboration with the Executive Director, new policies and procedures as needed.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree with 1 year of experience in a human services, mental health, or related field, bachelor's degree with 5 years experience, or Associates degree with 7 years experience.
