Santa Fe Community is looking for Skilled/Experienced Maintenance Person!
Will be required to take emergency calls duties and your own tools.
Minimum 1 year maintenance experience preferred.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Make ready knowledge
Basic knowledge of Heating/Cooling
Basic Electrical, plumbing, appliance knowledge
Clearly and effectively communicate with residents, other employees, and vendors
Inventory control.
High customer service standards.
Can do-attitude.
