FT Medical Receptionist for a busy outpatient physical therapy office in Los Alamos.
Tasks include - Answering phones and scheduling patients for physical therapy, entering new patient info into EMR system, greeting patients, taking copay's, organizing initial visit paperwork, obtaining treatment referrals, obtaining insurance verification and treatment authorizations via phone/electronic means.
Candidate qualifications - High school diploma or GED; excellent customer service; communication and phone etiquette skills; reliable, self-motivated and detail oriented; proficient in fax management, PC, Internet, Word and Excel; experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred; Nonsmokers
We offer competitive salary in a dynamic, upbeat work environment. Schedule M-F 8am-5pm with 60 min lunch break.
