We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate in the Gift Shop of Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs, to create an engaging shopping experience for customers while interacting in a real and authentic way.
The Sales Associate works as a team player by assisting the floor supervisor and retail manager with daily tasks.
Required Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Retail experience.
Computer literacy.
Excellent communication skills able to communicate effectively with the public and with team members.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Working Conditions:
Must be dependable and flexible with work schedule and available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. 32-40 hours per week required.
Employee must be on their feet for 8-hour shifts.
Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
