We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Floor Supervisor to join our busy fast paced Southwestern and Mexican restaurant in Santa Fe, NM. Zagat rated one of America's best.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant concepts, practices and procedures and all aspects of restaurant service.
- 2 years experience in a restaurant supervisory or management position.
- Experience in a very busy restaurant environment.
- Minimum high school diploma, college preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal skills and a clear and professional manner.
- A friendly, outgoing and energetic personality.
- Initiative, drive and honesty.
- Calm under pressure.
- Spanish a plus but not essential.
Job responsibilities include assisting management in running day to day restaurant floor operations, assisting in recruiting, training and managing team members, opening and closing duties.
Part to full time job schedule includes am and pm hours.
