GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:-Maintenance: Maintenance repairs, Intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc, 1 day inspecting rooms, Preventing Maintenance duties-Weekend Availability at least Sunday, preferably all weekend.
