We are looking to hire a sous chef or kitchen manager for a high volume establishment in downtown Santa Fe.
The individual must be capable of being the kitchen lead in all stations including fry, sautée, salad, and prep. The individual must be willing to work and demonstrate mastery over each of these stations prior to attaining the title of sous or kitchen manager.
$50,000 salary - based on experience
Insurance Stipend
2 weeks paid vacation
