Hiring lead line cooks for Boxcar, a busy downtown restaurant, gastropub, and sports bar.
Leads must be capable of maintaining chef's standards of quality and cleanliness and be able to lead the line through rushes. Proper communication and ability to close the restaurant properly are essential. This is a dinner and late night position. Prior experience is a must. Must be accustomed to high volume.

Lead line cooks will start at $16-$18/hr based on experience.
The first three shifts are training shifts in which you are demonstrating your experience. You will be paid $13/hr while you train.
All full time employees are eligible for one-week paid vacation time, every year.
